My approach

Building emotional resilience

Therapy focuses on building resilience, fostering self-awareness, and creating healthy habits. Clients learn to communicate more effectively, set boundaries, and develop coping strategies that promote long-term emotional stability. The goal is to help individuals regain a sense of purpose, joy, and fulfillment, and to live a life that reflects their strengths, values, and potential.

I strive to provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space while also offering thoughtful challenges that support growth and change. Therapy is tailored to each individual, honoring the unique pace and needs of every client.

FAQ's

Common questions, clear answers

How does therapy work?
Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns, and build practical tools for change. Sessions are guided at your pace, with clear goals and regular check-ins to support progress.
The first session focuses on understanding your needs and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current challenges, your goals, and how the process works, so you can feel informed and comfortable moving forward.
Confidentiality is a core part of therapy. What you share stays private, with limited legal and safety exceptions (for example, imminent risk of harm). These limits are explained clearly at the beginning.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Many people start with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted depending on your goals, availability, and the pace that feels right for you.
Yes. Online sessions are available and work much like in-person therapy. You’ll receive simple instructions to join, and we’ll make sure the setup feels private, secure, and comfortable.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can help. You don’t need a “big” reason to start—curiosity and the desire to feel better are enough.
