My approach

How therapy process works

I use a client-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method to help couples understand patterns that contribute to conflict, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection. Together, we explore how past experiences, attachment styles, and individual stressors influence interactions and emotional responses.

Couples counseling is a collaborative process that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to increase understanding, foster empathy, and create actionable strategies for lasting connection. Whether you’re working through current challenges or seeking to strengthen your relationship for the future, therapy can help you and your partner build a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and love.
