My approach

How therapy process works

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I help clients explore the roots of these beliefs, including childhood and relational experiences, and develop evidence-based strategies to challenge negative thinking, cultivate self-compassion, and strengthen self-worth. Therapy focuses on building resilience, self-acceptance, and realistic self-perception, helping clients appreciate their strengths, set healthy boundaries, and live with greater confidence and fulfillment.

The goal is to help you stop letting past experiences or societal pressures define your value and instead develop a secure, internal sense of self-worth that supports healthier relationships, emotional balance, and a more satisfying life.
